Fine Little Day is an inspiration focused blog run by me, Elisabeth Dunker. I’m posting art and design related observations – art, crafts, interiors, books, patterns etc. But also things from my every day life.

The blog is very much about appreciating everyday life. About creativity and eye candy in different forms. Creative expressions outside cultural norms usually affect me most. I love handmade things – folk art, outsider art and kid’s art.

Gothenburg, Sweden is my home. This is my family – husband Dennis, our daughter Tovalisa 14, our son Otto 11 and the Devon Rex cat Hiro. Thanks for stopping by!

My work

I’m an independent cross-disciplined designer/artist who works within design, photography and art. I studied design for five years at HDK, School of Design and Crafts in Gothenburg, Sweden. What I enjoy most when it comes to work is to combine illustration, photography with set design and other visual contexts. Among my clients you can find Ikea, Urban Outfitters and Kappahl.

Fine Little Day is also a multidisciplinary art and design platform. And, some kind of a brand. Sprawling, impulsive and inconsistent.
