General

If you are under 18 years old you have to have your parents approval to order from Fine Little Day. All products remain as property of Fine Little Day until full payment has been made. We reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site.

Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products. All attempts to deceit will be reported to the Police. All prices include 25% swedish VAT (books 6% VAT).
For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include swedish VAT. Local VAT and import customs if applicable may have to be payed in your own country.

Privacy Policy at Fine Little Day

The personal information you provide on Fine Little Day is handled with the highest reprimand. We treat them with care and use them for the intended purposes only. We always respect our customers’ requests regarding handling of their personal data as far as possible and applicable law allows. We never sell your information and only share with them to the partners we hire to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, for example payment providers and carriers where their access to and rights to use the information is limited to fulfilling our commitment to you as a customer. Payments are made through established payment solutions from recognized suppliers with the highest focus on security. We strive to continuously improve our processes and systems in all parts of our company to improve the management and security of your tasks. When you make a purchase with us, you agree that we will handle your information in order to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer. You are always entitled to know which of your personal information we handle, correct them or remove them. To get this, contact our customer service to help you.

Payment

Choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard. You can also pay with Paypal. No fee is charged for card och Paypal payments.

Delivery time

Special Delivery times during Summer July 13-21. No orders will be shipped during this period due to summer holidays.

Normal Delivery time: Ordered items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (if nothing else is stated in the product’s information text). Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details before placing your order. It normally takes about 3-7 working days for a parcel to reach it’s destination.

Shipment

Shipping within Sweden 49 SEK (free shipping over 500 SEK), Europe 150 SEK and on International orders 300 SEK. We send with Fedex (tracked delivery). Fedex deliver to the door between 9 am-6 pm. If you are not at home at these hours, you might want to consider your work address as your delivery address. It is important that you give your mobile phone number at the registration. We use Posten or Schenker as the forwarder in Sweden.

Transport damages

If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.

Non collected deliveries

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen, 300 kr within Sweden, 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in rest of the world.

Failed delivery

If you are not available at the address you stated when ordering, Fedex will try to reach you to deliver another day. If Fedex don’t get any response (within 5 days) the package will be returned to us. Shipment and handling of return will then be charged the customer 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in the rest of the world.

Returns and exchanges

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Customers within Sweden have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original condition. For customers outside Sweden the same right applies but within 7 days. Please note that it is no return possibility on vintage or on-sale products. In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and Fine Little Day will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the freight cost. Payment refund

In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to your Card or Paypal account as soon as we have recieved the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.

Communication

We use our customer information to send relevant information to you as a customer. For example, it may be information about news, event invitations and offers. As a customer, you are always entitled to withdraw your consent to sending a newsletter. The exception is communication required to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer, such as delivery notices, invoices and similar information directly linked to your purchase. You can easily withdraw your consent by clicking on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the message in the current e-mail from us. If you no longer wish to receive any communication from us except that required to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer, contact our customer service to help you. From time to time, we may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms and third-party data providers. We take steps to ensure that such third parties are legally or contractually permitted to disclose such information to us.

Cookies

Fine Little Day uses a technique called cookies. It is a text line that is sent to your browser when you visit a website. The next time you visit the site, your browser returns the text line, and it will be possible to see if multiple visits are coming from the same computer. The site can measure the number of visits in this way and see how long they last. This also means that you do not have to enter the same information multiple times. Today’s technology is used by most websites. The cookie does not contain any personal data and can not be traced to a specific person. If you do not want this feature, you can set your web browser so it can not accept cookies.

Safe payment and privacy

We cooperate with Dibs who provide the card payment service with 3DSecure. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Fine Little Day do not store any credit card data.
3Dsecure is a technique developed by Visa and Mastercard to verify that the person using a card for a purchase also is the holder of the card. Payment at Fine Little Day web shop support 3Dsecure.

Force Majeure

If Fine Little Day fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Fine Little Day cannot be held responsible.
