Shipping within Sweden 49 SEK, Europe 149 SEK and on International orders 199 SEK. We send with Fedex (tracked delivery). We offer free shipping on all orders over 2000 SEK. Fedex deliver to the door between 8 am-5 pm. If you are not at home at these hours, you might want to consider your work address as your delivery address. It is important that you give your mobile phone number at the registration. We use Posten or Schenker as the forwarder in Sweden. Transport damages
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.Non collected deliveries
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen, 300 kr within Sweden, 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in rest of the world. Failed delivery
If you are not available at the address you stated when ordering, Fedex will try to reach you to deliver another day. If Fedex don't get any response (within 5 days) the package will be returned to us. Shipment and handling of return will then be charged the costumer 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in the rest of the world. Returns and exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Customers within Sweden have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original condition. For customers outside Sweden the same right applies but within 7 days. Please note that it is no return possibility on vintage or on-sale products. In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and Fine Little Day will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the freight cost. In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded.
