Evil rock and laundry

Single mama this week too (hello husband). Yesterday was just one of those days. Catching up on laundry and picking up the house. Well you hear. So we took the car to visit some friends instead. The kids played all day. Then, on our way home, an evil rock suddenly turned up from nowhere on the sand road and cut big hole in the deck. Luckily there was good climbing trees near where we was stranded as well.

Did the Gibson roll via Sara Lynn Paige’s great tutorial today. Much steadier than my originally.

I like Tiger Hellström’s blog Hello Kiddo.

(More children’s books are coming.)

I am sorry to hear about this evil rock, I hope the damage is not too big (and expensive).
My boyfriend is away to so I am a “single lady” (I can’t say mama yet :)) as well… and laundry waits for me as well… also the dishes… aggh… :)

  4. Evil rock, smiling tree. I like it.

I’m sorry to hear about the car troubles. But it looks like you guys made the best of a bad situation.

    Have a good day.

My father was a photographer who’s parents came from Sweden.
He took many photos of trees with faces in them.
Love seeing yours, I guess it is something in the genes and a true love of nature and nature as a primary character in day to day life.
If I can find them and scan them I will post them for you.
    Yours made me smile.

  6. Glad to hear it wasnt more serious and at least there were trees to climb whilst waiting to be rescued.

    Lucky Husband at the olympics?

    Have a good day
